Hours for Farm Rental
Wedding Weekend Includes:
Friday:
- 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- For setup and decorating.
Saturday:
- 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- For prep and celebration!
- Music and beverage service must end promptly at 11:30 pm.
- Guests are to leave the grounds by 12:00 am.
Sunday:
- 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- For clean up and take down of decorations.
We at Fat Apple Farm understand that wedding planning can be hectic.
If special accommodations are needed for setup or cleanup please call Fat Apple Farm to discuss alternative hours.
Included With Wedding Rental
- Use of the farm for the weekend.
- On site coordinator for your day!
- We're also available to help with the planning as well.
- Long rectangular or round tables for 300 people.
- Matching banquet or mismatched kitchen chairs for up to 300.
- Risers for elevating the head table
- Mobile Bar that can be moved to desired location within the shed or on the patio -weather permitting.
- A TV or screen for a slide show.
- Children’s play area.
- Representative from Fat Apple Farm on the grounds for questions
- Representative also can assist vendors and parking.
- Industrial pedestal fans
- Heat for chilly nights (both indoors and patio heaters).
- Trash/Recycling receptacles and trash bags and removal.
- Beautiful lawns for pictures.
- Apple orchard for pictures.

- On site ceremony set up including use of an arch, chairs/benches for guests in the location of your choice.
- Use of our large his/hers bridal suite (a must see!)

We offer packages to meet your budget and your needs.
Our Pricing:
Wedding weekends $5200.
Rental of the shed for reception/dance, use of the shed and approved grounds (as prearranged with Fat Apple Farms) for the purpose of a ceremony and to include the rehearsal for the ceremony.
Reserving your date:
- A $1200 reservation fee is due within 7 days of making of the reservation, this will be applied to the cost of your contract.
- If no reservation fee is received within 7 days, the date is opened to other couples.
** This is non-refundable but is applicable to an alternate date.**
Premium & Security Deposit:
The remaining balance plus a $500 security deposit is due 30 days before the event.
The security deposit will be refunded if no damage to the buildings/grounds is found, or extras are added.
Cancellations
Reservation fees are non-refundable.
In the event that the date must be moved, the reservation fee may be transferred to a new date, if there is an acceptable date that is open.
If cancelled within 30 days of the event, all money will be forfeit to Fat Apple Farm.

Any music is welcome!
- All sound equipment should be provided by the guests or their vendors.
- Electrical requirements should be discussed prior to the event.
- Music will end promptly at 11:30pm.
There is no requirement for food service.
- Renters can hire a caterer, provide their own, or have a potluck.
- Please ask for recommendations.
